OOTD : Strawberry Fields

Today's Co'ord for shopping with my Chibi. I haven't worn this dress for almost three years now and I thought it was about time to don it again. I really love it so I don't know why it's sat in my closet untouched for so long =O

I spent some time last night making a bunch of plastic jewelry because while I've had the supplies sitting around forever, I've yet to do anything with them (time, it has been the bane of my existence these days D:), figured it was also time to actually start using them instead of letting them sit in my supply cases like some hidden plastic treasure. I ended up making a few cute necklaces, some made of sparkly jelly and others made of pastel rainbow stars and pink bows. This one is the same on I'm wearing in the co'ord above ->

I made two of these, one for myself and another for... well I'm not sure what to do with the second one yet right now, but I'm sure I'll think of it soon enough. Either way, it's cute don't you think?

Saturday was shopping day for the Rabbit and I and I did a quick casual co'ord for the sunny, warm (and very windy) day. I found that skirt the last time I went on a lookabout with my Chibi to the 2nd Hand store and just had to buy it. It was a few sizes too large and about 6 inches too long so I ended up taking it up and changing the waistband so I could wear it without it slipping off. I absolutely adore it, it's a light and airy circle skirt with a pretty design, plus there's a second contrasting layer that's edged in pleated black net.

After the alteration. What started as a short, one hour fix ended up being a four hour endevour D: Worth it in the end though because I do like this skirt a lot, it's perfect for the end of summer I think ^_^

Mister could care less, she was too impatient to get on with her walk xD

I had some errands to run with my Chibi today before work and did a quick co'ord. My mirror still sucks so the piccies are grainy, but ehh, better that than the nothing I've been posting because of it I suppose.

Anywho, while we were out we decided to stop at the Thrifty place up the road and I found a couple of cute things.

This purse is so cute and has almost no wear in it at all. I can't wait to coordinate it with something =O

I actually got these on a previous visit but since I never made a post for it, I'll add them now. These little mules are just so adorable and practically new.

I adore them (and those cute little kitten heels) so so much and I'm looking forward to wearing them outside. I have no lime anything in my wardrobe but I'll have to start adding some in because they are too cute not to be worn ^_^
